I'll continue to use this as a specifically focussed Chinese study blog, but because canalblog has found itself on the wrong side of the Great Firewall, I'll also be posting my Chinese study posts at wangbo.blogtown.co.nz. More to come, but I'm kinda...

Sorry for the lack of activity here. This is the first time in ages I've had reasonable access to canalblog. I'll try and get something going here again soon.

Aha! So I can use Live Writer to post to my canalblog account! My much neglected canalblog account.... Can't see the canalblog style, though, but I'm assured I can post there.

The wife has decided I will sit the HSK really soon. She's absolutely right, of course, but I find the idea a little daunting and quite scary. Guess I should get my arse into gear and study, then....

And just because I can, I'm going to post another of those odd slogans on signs by the blackboard in many of my classrooms. 维持课堂纪律 并不是老师的义务 Maintaining classroom discipline is absolutely not the teacher's duty? Uh, right....
